asdfgh project design
WEB DESIGn  |  WIREFRAMINg  |  PROTOTYPING
Introduction
asdfgh is a conceptual project that examines the idea of building imperfection and explores the development of an aesthetic language from experimentation with algorithms developed from parametric software, the result of this is manifested through shapes and visual expressions applied to products in different contexts, the project is complemented by the development of a website in order to share the fruit of the process, as a complement the physical creation of a ceramic line of objects that express and represent the development, the concept and the idea on which the language revolves.
My role
The project belongs to my degree thesis in Industrial Design, I was present throughout the process and development of both the website, the concept and the products.

about the page
The website was built with the objective of being a digital communication space, the purpose of it is that different cultures and interested parties can access the information cause it shows the complete process of creation, the collection of products, the development of the ceramic line, finally this includes an e-commerce space that has been enabled for the acquisition of objects and the algorithm.

The following is a general specification of the sections of the page with a visual of the prototype in high resolution.
Project section
This is the key section to understanding the general concept, the language and the algorithm, it includes a final visual that shows the presence and tone of communication in networks.
collection section
In this section of the page the entire catalog of products generated from the algorithm is displayed, demonstrating and pointing out the potential use that it can have in different contexts from a classical industrial design point of view.

The layout, the selection of the color palette and the composition of the page are designed so that the user can focus his attention on the images and make a free visual tour of the gallery.

In the final scroll of the section there is a horizontal menu with the different product categories and a footer that invites the user to be part of a community that will receive exclusive content of the project and a CTA to make a contact for collaborative purposes.
work section
In addition to finding the process of creation of the ceramic line, the final product of this work can also be observed, this is accompanied by a series of data about the product and a text that argues the selection of the material and its manufacture.
shop section
The e-commerce section has two parts: software and products. The former contains the respective algorithms developed for both the three-dimensional and the two-dimensional definition (whose development did not involve any additional effort), while the latter contains the available pottery line and some complementary elements to the experience.

Shop is the part of the portal that makes available all the deliverables of the project, that is why the creation of a "shopping bag" is necessary, this is where the user sets aside their purchases and reviews the cost of their entire selection.
