introduction
This project is an initiative designed to provide a comprehensive and visually appealing tool for a group of leaders in charge of a team of real estate agents, this dashboard was developed with the objective of collecting, analyzing and presenting data efficiently, providing interactive visualizations, graphs and pivot tables that will allow users to explore complex data easily and quickly, allowing them to make informed decisions and execute actions from a single place.
My role
My contribution in this project revolved around user research, design andunderstanding of the business dynamics in order to facilitate activities and tasks of the role - user persona.

what i did
At a high level, I worked through a full design process that started with defining user personas, identifying user needs, auditing existing onboarding flows, defining product goals, ideating solutions that fit these goals, and designing a final product as the scope of the project narrowed over time.

In addition, a large part of my work within the project consisted of defining the tools available for managing the brokers, this included organizing user flows and diagramming the information and logically arranging the information presented to the user at all steps.

My contribution to this project was based on proposing from my perspective a simple, concrete and compact interface and user experience, from my vision I try to balance the effort of the whole team to make feasible and high impact deliverables.
user persona
User flow
Dashboard experience begins when a buyer (leader of a team) is assigned a new broker who has to go through a process of onboarding, training and graduation to start selling real estate, the buyer has to have traceability of the entire process and be aware of the progress of each of the members of his team, in each of the stages through which the applicant passes there are different tools for the proper management and administration of the team.
user testing
The testing process of the tool was carried out from Useberry, the test included usability, qualitative and user affinity components. It consisted of 3 punctual tasks, two multiple choice questions and 2 open questions, the nature of the test required it to be simple and easy to complete for the participants.
findings
After performing the usability test, new iterations were adjusted from the obteined results, some of the usual comments were:
“I feel the scheduling icon is not so easy to see.”
“El icono de agendamientos siento que no se ve tan facilmente.”
“I really like to have a training scheme for the brokers, understanding that the leader, due to time constraints, can’t skip this type of activities.”
“Me gusta mucho tener un esquema de capacitación para los brokers, entendiendo que el lider por capacidad de tiempo no puede saltarse este tipo de actividades.”
“I like it, it is important to have the tracking of the brokers' training in basic topics such as portal entry, real estate entry, sales process and this tool would facilitate that process.”
Me gusta, es importante tener el tracking de la capacitación de los brokers en temas básicos como ingreso portal, ingreso inmuebles, proceso de ventas y esta herramienta me facilitaría ese proceso.
other features
Other relevant functions of the dashboard were related to the scheduling of onboarding sessions, the automated sending of communications to an entire team of brokers at a given stage and the visualization of the results of a final exam that the leaders formulated to each of their teams.
impact
This project was part of an implementation by the business that included the creation of a pair of roles distinguished between leaders, the first are the hunters, (direct user of the dashboard) they train and provide the necessary tools for the professional development of brokers who are just starting their life in the real estate sector; the second are called farmers and are responsible for enhancing the skills of the team that previously trained a hunter.
The integration of these features to the broker management portal (production) was slowed by the appearance of new priorities on the part of the team, however, more iterations and a continuous conversation with stakeholders were advanced to build a product that fits more and more to the user's needs.
